We keep this simple. We collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to talk with you, and we never sell it. Here are the details.
The short version
- We only know what you tell us through a contact form or email.
- We use it to reply to you and to work with you, nothing else.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit. It uses cookies, and you can block it.
- You can ask us to see, correct, or delete what we have at any time.
What we collect
When you fill in a contact form. Our forms ask for your name, email address, and message. The form on our contact page also asks for your organization and role, which are optional.
When you email us. We receive whatever you include in your email, along with your email address.
When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: which pages get read, how visitors arrive (a search, a link, an email), and roughly where they are and what device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends this visit information to Google. We look at it only as totals and trends. We don’t use it to identify you, and we don’t use advertising pixels or run ads. Like almost every website, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use those logs to identify or profile visitors.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer your question, follow up on a project conversation, and do the work if we end up working together. That’s it. We won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who else handles it
A few trusted services help us run the business, and they handle your information only to do that job:
- our web host, which serves the site and runs our contact form (the form emails your message straight to our inbox),
- our email provider, which stores our messages, and
- Google Analytics, which measures site traffic. You can read Google’s privacy policy.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as they’re useful for our conversation or our work together, and as long as we need them for normal business records. If you’d like yours deleted sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@membersparkdigital.com and we’ll take care of it.
To keep Google Analytics from counting your visits, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Links to other sites
Some links take you to other websites, including the “Ask AI” buttons that open ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Perplexity. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we don’t control what they collect.
Children
This site is for associations and the people who run them. It isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date below.
