These terms cover your use of this website. They’re short and written in plain language. By using the site, you agree to them.
The short version
- The site is here to explain what we do and share useful ideas. It isn’t professional advice for your specific situation.
- Our client work is covered by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
- You’re welcome to share and link to our content. Please don’t copy it wholesale or pass it off as your own.
- We work hard to keep the site accurate, but we can’t promise it’s perfect.
Who we are
This website is run by MemberSpark Digital, a content strategy and digital consultancy for associations. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean MemberSpark Digital. “You” means anyone using the site.
Information, not advice
Our pages, blog posts, and examples are general information about content strategy, digital marketing, website design, and member engagement. Every association is different, so please don’t rely on anything here as advice for your organization without talking it through with us or another qualified professional.
Results we describe, including case-study numbers, come from real projects, but they aren’t a promise of what any other project will achieve.
Working with us
Using this site or sending us a message doesn’t create a client relationship. When we work together, a separate proposal or agreement sets out the scope, fees, timelines, and ownership of the work. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, and other materials on this site belong to MemberSpark Digital or are used with permission, and they’re protected by copyright and other laws. You may:
- read, print, or save pages for your own use,
- share links to any page, and
- quote short passages, as long as you credit MemberSpark Digital and link back.
Please don’t republish our content in full, sell it, or present it as your own without our written permission. The MemberSpark name, logo, and tagline are our trademarks.
The “Ask AI” prompt
You’re welcome to copy our ready-made prompt and use it with any AI tool. Those tools are run by other companies, and their answers are their own. We don’t control or check what they say about us or anything else.
Links to other sites
Some links lead to websites we don’t run. We include them because we think they’re useful, but we aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
Messages you send us
When you use a contact form or email us, please don’t include passwords, payment details, or anything confidential you wouldn’t want in an email. How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy policy.
Using the site responsibly
Please don’t try to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to the site, send spam through our forms, or use the site for anything unlawful.
No guarantees
We provide the site “as is.” We aim to keep it accurate, available, and secure, but we can’t guarantee it will always be complete, up to date, or free of errors or interruptions.
